At our Detroit studio, aura photography is offered via two projects using similar technology, but different cameras and film.
Experience types do not overlap on the same day so availability also varies depending on the type of aura photography appointment you are looking to book. Please read through what each offering entails to determine which option is best for the experience you are seeking. Session types are listed in order of introductory to in-depth.

Color of Our Energy™ Aura Photos are express self-interpret photo appointments on contemporary commercial Instax instant film, shot with a modern NextGen version of the aura camera created in 2021. Ideal for those who are looking for a quick visual check in with their energy. Photos with our sister project are available during select dates - typically weekends - each month with a Color of Our Energy team photographer.
AURA AURA Mini Sessions are portrait sessions on rare deadstock professional instant film, using an original vintage legacy aura camera from the late 1970s that includes a brief overview with Eileen of your aura colors, placement, and what they generally can represent. Mini Sessions which include a general interpretation are available during Open Studio, which are limited to a handful of dates seasonally, similar to a pop-up or when your find Eileen on tour around the country.

AURA AURA Private Sessions are 1:1 sessions where you sit down with Eileen and deep dive into the colors of your aura portrait on rare deadstock professional instant film, shot with an original vintage legacy aura camera from the late 1970s. During this portrait session and dedicated 1:1 interpretation time, space is created for conversation around what the colors mean for you in your life, and to discuss questions you may have related to your auric state. Private Sessions are available on select days each month and by request if you are looking for a specific date.
